Doris Leuenberger (Switzerland), Sophie Maechler (France), and Monika Schiwy-Jessen (Germany) have been working together for several years and regularly exchange ideas.Since 2019, they formed the “Grenzenlos” group to exhibit together. They are mixed-media artists who have exhibited in various European countries. They have also been teaching various courses for many years to share their knowledge.

A visit to an Affichist exhibition inspired them to focus more on our urban world. So, each of them has incorporated street art into her work. The starting point for the work includes fabrics and papers, which were produced using transfer processes and various collage techniques. Each of the 3 artists has realized the theme in her own unique way and style and yet you can see a relationship between their works: try and find it!
