Please note that Carrefour acts as an intermediary in facilitating these connections and cannot be held responsible for any communications between the requestor and the group organizer.
Two scenarios:
- You are a visitor and would like to join an existing group
- You are a trip organizer and are offering spots on your tour, which includes a visit to the event (self-guided or guided).
A dedicated group ticket office (for groups of 12 or more visitors) will be available soon.

Group Tickets
Important Information:
Group ticket orders will result in an envelope containing all bracelets and a program of the event for each member. Tickets or bracelets cannot be sent by email; the only option is to collect them onsite.
The entire order must be collected by one person at a location defined in advance with the organization and the group leader. No individual collection will be allowed.
All orders will result in the issuance of an invoice, which must be paid before the event (payment details on the invoice), either by bank transfer or credit card, either online payment gateway or via telephone payment.
No refund will be issued, even in the case of a "no-show" by a participant or the entire group, except for force majeure. Event tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Group orders will only be processed if submitted via the designated form.
