Event tickets
The European Patchwork Meeting: for many enthusiasts, it’s an unmissable annual event, like the start of your art school year, while for others it’s a bucket-list textile show. Whether you’re in the first or second group: what are you waiting for to plan your visit?
Online presale or on-site ticket?
Online :
save precious minutes on site, and enjoy a worry-free visit, by exchanging your ticket for a wristband on arrival. Please note that online tickets cannot be changed or refunded.
On site :
you’d rather decide at the last minute or pay in cash? Get your wristbands at one of the cash desks – except at Église des Chaînes, Église Sainte-Madeleine, Église de l’Assomption, Temple réformé and Chapelle Saint-Blaise.
Entry wristband
It is your entrance pass. On site, you can obtain it directly from the cash desk. For online pre-sales, it is handed over after scanning your ticket at one of the authorized locations.
Please show your wristband clearly when our agents check entrance at every new venue you visit.
Be sure not to remove it during its validity period (4 days for Unlimited Exhibit or VIP Passes, for example), otherwise access will be denied.
It must be worn around the wrist and nowhere else.
No cut or torn wristbands will be accepted at the entrances.
Free admission and reduced rates
Admission to exhibitions is free for children under 14 years old accompanied by an adult.
Reduced fares, whether purchased online or on site, must be documented. They are valid for disabled people, 14-18 year-olds and students. Failure to provide proof will invalidate the ticket.
The shopping (vendor booths) area is free and open from Thursday to Sunday.
Lectures are free of charge, subject to availability of seats in the Theatre but no prior reservations are possible.

Online ticketing information
Online purchase is only possible by credit card. Retreats can be paid for in installments (see conditions on the ticketing page). Payment is secure, and you’ll receive your pre-sale ticket automatically by email to the address you specify.
How do I enter the venue with a pre-sale ticket?
All pre-sales tickets must be scanned and exchanged for a wristband that will allow access to the various exhibition venues. You will need to present your pre-sale ticket, either printed or on a smartphone.
Please note: once scanned, the presale loses its validity and is replaced by the wristband. It must be worn throughout its validity.
When?
- On arrival (plan your itinerary, starting your visit at a venue that accepts pre-sales – see below)
- Early scan on Wednesday (10 A.M. – 4 P.M.) at the entrance to the Shopping Area, only for Thursday 1-day tickets and Unlimited Exhibit Passes.
- Morning scan Thursday and Friday between 8 and 9 A.M. at the entrance to the Shopping Area
Where?
- Be sure to start your visit at one of the following venues (the others do not allow ticket scanning):
- in Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines: at the Théâtre, the l’Espace des Tisserands or the Shopping Area (Val Expo),
- in Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines: Salle des Fêtes,
- in Lièpvre: Salle Polyvalente,
- in Rombach-le-Franc, at Espace Raymond Hestin.
- Be sure to start your visit at one of the following venues (the others do not allow ticket scanning):
- Tickets for workshops and retreats: please present your ticket directly at the venue.
- VIP tickets: please refer to the instructions on the ticket.
Online ticketing can neither be modified (no exchange for another ticket or another day) nor refunded.
