Val Patch is a local association in Val d’Argent (Sainte-Marie-aux-Mines, Sainte-Croix-aux-Mines, Lièpvre, and Rombach-le-Franc) made up of about twenty friends. Its members are patchwork enthusiasts, and some of them have been practicing it for almost 30 years.Coming from various schools, they have gained experience in different textile fields, leading them, according to their whims, to create traditional, contemporary, or modern works.

This year, Val Patch has pulled a new collection out of its lace, fabric and pattern drawers: VINTAGE. Its members have enjoyed interpreting photos in a special series called “the eye of the seamstress from behind the camera”. Finally, a dozen of Val Patch’s quilters took part in the “LES MAISONS” quilt along challenge by Cécile and Corinne. These pieces will be accompanied by a small selection picked by the organisers amongst all the participants. On top of these three themes, as per usual, Val Patch will present a selection of their work.
