She is currently working with textile art to express the joy of life. Born into a family of poets, artists, and seamstresses, her love of quilting began with her grandmother at the age of eight.
She has been teaching since 1994. In the early 1990s, she appeared on television shows, and her work has been featured in dozens of magazines in Brazil. Since then, she has participated in international shows where her art has been exhibited in public exhibitions, museums, and galleries. Now living in Canada, she exhibits internationally and shares her artistic knowledge throughout her journey in the world of fine art quilting, particularly in her studio.
