Kazakhstan Patchwork Association

Founded in 2013, the Kazakh Patchwork Association has over 180 members and is dedicated to promoting and developing ethnic-style patchwork (Kurak) and Art-Quilt. They organize workshops, competitions, and the annual Orient Bazaar festival. In recent years, their members have also been exhibiting more frequently worldwide.

Tara Glastonbury

Tara Glastonbury is a modern quilter with a background in graphic design and a long history in textile crafts. In both cases she is drawn to the mix of utility and art form. For the last decade she has combined the two by designing quilts.

Mattea Jurin

American-Italian, Mattea’s unique quilts have gained acclaim in juried global exhibits, including Quilt National ’25. Fearlessly blending upcycled fabrics, modern materials and unconventional techniques, she redefines storytelling and tradition.

Ruth de Vos

Ruth de Vos stitches hundreds of hand-dyed fabric pieces into bold textile works, capturing the wonder of childhood. Inspired by nature’s design, each quilt is machine-pieced, often hand-dyed, screenprinted, and richly stitched. She is featured in exhibitions and private collections nationally and internationally.

Tania Tanti

Tania Tanti blends color and imagination in her abstract landscapes, using paint and stitched threads. Her work explores nature, texture, and her emotional journey, offering depth and personality while creating immersive experiences through art.

Fiona Lindsay

Fiona Lindsay has always been creative and as a mature student, returned to study textile design . She has always stitched and after study decided that there needed to be a theme running through her designs. Still Life and Florals fitted the bill perfectly.

Aotearoa Quilters

Aotearoa Quilters is the only quilting organisation in New Zealand that operates at a national level. The principal objective of Aotearoa Quilters is to promote the art and craft of patchwork and quilting within New Zealand.
