Quilt en rêve

Quilt en rêve is an association that brings together enthusiasts of antique English, Dutch, and American quilts. Some have been quilters for over 30 years, working with respect for the history of quilts, attention to detail, fabric selection, and handmade craftsmanship. They (he/she) have found their own style in interpreting these works, which are both grandiose and delicate. This new collection, “At the Height of Our Passions,” is carried by a team of talents delighted to exhibit these unique pieces.

Founded in 1979, Quilt National was intended to demonstrate the transformations taking place in the world of quilting. Its purpose was then, and still is, to carry the definition of quilting far beyond its traditional parameters and to promote quiltmaking as what it always has been, an art form. Celebrating the forty-third anniversary of the premier contemporary quilt biennial exhibition, The Dairy Barn Art Center presents Quilt National ’23.
